As Chief Client Officer at BKR H/LL, Amy Drake leads the charge in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring business objectives are met for the company’s growing client base. She oversees a dedicated team of solution consultants, training specialists, and consulting professionals whose work extends beyond sales to deliver comprehensive support and exceptional service. With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Amy brings both deep industry knowledge and a client-first mindset to her role.
Before joining BKR H/LL, Amy served as Vice President, Chief of Staff and Sales Enablement Leader at Fiserv. There, she spearheaded transformative initiatives for the Account Processing division and led the Sales Enablement team to achieve double-digit sales growth while driving operational excellence. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Integra Bank, where she rose through various leadership positions to become Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Amy holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Ball State University and is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School, where she completed a three-year program focused on finance, risk, and strategic leadership.
Her expertise and leadership have been recognized through industry speaking engagements, leadership awards, and contributions to thought leadership on banking technology. She is widely respected for her ability to align client needs with innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling with her family, playing golf, and competing on the pickleball court. Her leadership is guided by the belief that lasting partnerships are built on trust, collaboration, and keeping the client at the center of every decision.
