Jeff Luginbill

Jeff Luginbill serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Architect at BKR H/LL, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and research and development initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in software architecture and digital transformation, Jeff is widely recognized for his expertise in cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and Agile/DevOps practices—helping banks and credit unions modernize, innovate, and achieve measurable results. His leadership blends technical depth with strategic vision, ensuring BKR H/LL delivers secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Jeff began his career as a software engineer and advanced through roles at Leaf, BKR H/LL Corporation, and Experian Decision Analytics, where he served as a Solution Architect for enterprise-level financial systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Taylor University and is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner.

At BKR H/LL, Jeff oversees enterprise architecture, R&D, and the ongoing evolution of the company’s NextGen® platform. He works closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, while also mentoring teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and evaluating emerging technologies to keep 
BKR H/LL at the forefront of fintech innovation.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys an outdoor lifestyle that includes recumbent triking, hiking, camping, and boating. He also has a passion for live sound stage audio mixing and lighting, and he loves tackling hands-on projects around the house. These personal pursuits reflect the same curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving approach he brings to his professional role.
