Jill Tallman

Jill Tallman serves as Vice President of Finance at BKR H/LL, where she leads the accounting, billing, and FP&A teams with a focus on driving accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight. She plays a hands-on role in pricing, forecasting, and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making, while also overseeing compliance functions including GAAP financial audits and tax filings. Her leadership is marked by a balance of technical precision and business partnership, ensuring BKR H/LL’s financial strategy aligns with long-term growth.

With more than 20 years of experience across life sciences, manufacturing, and technology, Jill has developed expertise in general accounting, financial analysis, pricing strategy, budgeting, and revenue forecasting. Early in her career, she participated in the Professional Development Program at Abbott Laboratories, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, after earning her degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. She is also a licensed CPA. Throughout her career, Jill has implemented best practices in reporting, monthly performance analysis, and cash flow forecasting that have delivered measurable improvements across organizations.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters. Together, they are actively engaged in cultural immersion travel programs through a local high school, having led hundreds of students on trips to more than 20 countries over the past decade. These experiences reflect Jill’s belief in the value of curiosity, learning, and global perspective—principles she also brings to her role as a finance leader.
