Joe Pavlik serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management at BKR H/LL, where he drives the strategic direction, roadmap, and growth of the company’s product portfolio. He is passionate about building diverse, collaborative, and high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions and user experiences—ensuring BKR H/LL exceeds client needs while fueling revenue growth, client retention, and long-term satisfaction.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services product management and operations, Joe has led multidisciplinary global teams, scaled offerings across multiple markets, and overseen large-scale business transformations. Before joining Baker Hill, he was Global Head of Bank Solutions and Strategy at Luxoft, where he managed a $250M global banking business spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, achieving more than 300% growth in partner-based offerings. Earlier in his career, Joe held leadership roles at Fiserv and PNC, specializing in commercial banking, lending, cash and treasury management, and product innovation.

Joe is recognized for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, transforming how banks and credit unions bring products to market. He has guided initiatives that modernize financial services, improve workflows, and align people and technology with long-term business goals.

Beyond the office, Joe is a husband and father of three who loves to travel and spend time with his family. He is also deeply engaged in his community, volunteering with local athletic organizations and mentoring young athletes—teaching life lessons that extend far beyond the field.
