Josh Spisak serves as Director of Product Management at BKR H/LL, where he leads the company’s Intelligent Document and Data capabilities. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise content management and 15 years in fintech and financial services, Josh is recognized for his ability to design and deliver innovative solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and enable digital transformation for financial institutions.

Throughout his career, Josh has developed and implemented enterprise content management systems and advanced data classification and extraction tools that help organizations eliminate costly manual processes. His initiatives have enabled financial institutions to modernize operations, automate workflows, and unlock greater business value from their data.

Josh brings a rare, three-dimensional perspective to product management. He has worked directly for a financial institution implementing efficiency processes, for a vendor delivering enterprise solutions, and as a software developer building products taken to market by vendors and resellers. This unique combination of experiences allows him to understand challenges from every angle and create solutions that resonate with clients and partners alike.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family, traveling, outdoor pursuits like hiking or cycling, or hobbies such as coaching, music, or hands-on projects. These passions mirror his professional commitment to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
