Is Baker Hill announcing a new solution that I have to buy with this release?
No, Baker Hill is utilizing design driven development practices on all of our solutions. As we continue to roll out new functionality and modules, there may be additional investment, but this is not an announcement of a new product, but rather how we envision and create our products.
When will I be able to see these changes with the Baker Hill solutions?
In our upcoming release, institutions will have the flexibility to enable or disable the new design at their discretion. There is no requirement to adopt the new look and feel at this time.
Does this impact my contract or renewal with Baker Hill?
No, this has no impact on your current contract or renewal terms with Baker Hill.
Does this impact any configuration changes that I have made in Baker Hill solutions?
No, your current configurations will not change.
Do I have to roll this out during the Q4 because that is when it is being released?
No, you will not have to turn on access to the new design in the Q4 of 2025. The elements of the new design will be available, however your institution determines when to take advantage of those changes. For example, you’ll want to enable the updated experience to leverage additional features like our Financial Analysis Cash flow operation that leverages the design to indicate whether key financial ratios are within your credit policy
Will this require training?
The updated design is intuitive and does not require additional training. Institutions may, however, choose to conduct change management sessions when rolling out the new UI. A comparison document is available to support this transition. Internal Note: We will post a copy of this on Showpad for distribution.
Does it impact the Banker Application and Online Application functionality?
No, updates do not impact Banker or Online Application at this time. We will continue to improve the UI/UX iteratively throughout 2026.
